Photoluminescent Safety Wayguidance Stairnosing

Jalite Photoline Stairnoising has been designed to be used in conjunction with other Jalite Photoluminescent safety wayguidance systems, and is ideal for use in both commercial and industrial environments.

Local power failure on stairways could be a fatal hazard for evacuees. Under conditions of power failure, Jalite Photoline Stairnoising will illuminate, thereby helping the evacuee to orientate, and locate stair edges and risers.

The stairnoising requires no electrical connection. It is activated by normal illumination, e.g: daylight, fluorescent light or standard tungsten filament.

There are two types of stairnoising available depending upon the construction of the staircase.
